A commercial deep fryer is a kitchen appliance designed to heat large quantities of cooking oil for deep frying large quantities of foods such as french fries, funnel cakes, and mozzarella sticks. While you can use a fryer at home, deep fryers are most commonly found in restaurants and commercial kitchens.

A char griller cooks or finishes off succulent meat to perfection. Great for chargrilled chicken, steaks or burgers as well as vegetables, using a commercial grill achieves that delicious 'flame grill' appearance without the need for charcoal.

Gas

1. Body, panelling made of stainless steel.
2. LP or natural gas.
3. Each gas burner provides heat economy, operating independently from each other.
4. Burners with pilot, safety valve and thermocouple.
5. If the flame goes out, gas are cutted off.
6. Gas devices are preset to natural gas (G20). Liquid gas nozzles are enclosed (G30).

Space-saving countertop wok ranges are available, and so are more heavy-duty floor standing models. Wok ranges with both single and multiple burners are great for any size kitchen.
