Combi Oven

It has a full touch display with intuitive controls and a multi-point core probe. The oven uses direct steam injection for precise humidity control and reduced water consumption. A Smart Wash System provides automated cleaning, eliminating the need for manual handling of chemicals. The unit is built to hold 1/1 GN trays and pans and is designed for commercial kitchen use.

Wood Fired Oven

It is constructed entirely out of stainless steel. The oven can reach high temperatures, up to 900°F (approx. 482°C), allowing pizzas to cook quickly. It operates via wood burning and includes an ash clean-out tray. The oven is built on four casters (wheels) for easy movement. Accessories often included are a pizza peel, cutter, server, and brush.
